As we approach the summer break, we wanted to supply you with a variety of information and sources of support should you need it:
CHILD WELFARE & SAFETY
* Lincolnshire Children’s Services: If you are deeply worried about a child's immediate welfare, safety, or severe neglect: - Daytime Helpline (Mon-Fri, 8am–6pm): Call 01522 782111. - Out-of-Hours Emergency Duty Team: Call 01522 782333.
* Immediate Danger: If an adult or child is in immediate physical danger, always call 999 straight away.
* Free Online Courses: Access free, evidence-based parenting and child emotional health courses via inourplace.co.uk (use access code: ORCHARD for free Lincolnshire
access).
* Mental health support app, the link is: https://luminova.app/ This gives the young person control over support for their mental health. It does state 7-12 but actually covers up to 15 years old.
* Self-led Togetherness parenting programmes details are available via this link: LEARN - Togetherness The password is 'we_can' the password is used like a discount, so when
families are asked to pay for the course, this would be the code you apply to access it free of charge.
MENTAL HEALTH & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
* Urgent Mental Health Crisis Support: Call the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) urgent team 24/7 on 0303 123 4000.
* FamilyLine (Family Action): Call 0808 802 6666 or text 07537 404282 for free,
immediate emotional guidance and parenting support.
* Family Lives Parentline: Call 0808 800 2222 for confidential help managing escalating child behavior or family conflict.

* Lincolnshire Crisis and Resilience Fund: Emergency financial support for low-income residents facing sudden hardship. Search online for the Lincolnshire County Council CRF page to apply.
* Foodbank Hardship Line (Trussell Trust): Call 0808 208 2138 for free financial advice and immediate referrals to emergency food banks in your town.
* Citizens Advice Lincolnshire: Call 0800 144 8848 for emergency help with housing, utility bills, or benefit disruptions.
* Food Bank Support: Large regional supermarkets (like Tesco) provide pre-packaged food donation bags linked to local community larders to offset the summer drop-off in
school meals.
* Max Card Discounts: Parent-carers of children with additional needs can register at mymaxcard.co.uk for heavily discounted admission to venues nationwide.
* CEA Cinema Cards: Apply at ceacard.co.uk to get a free companion ticket when attending participating cinemas with a disabled child.
