End of term message from Mrs Wright
As we reach the end of another wonderful school year, it is the perfect time to reflect on all that we have achieved together. It has been a year filled with learning, fun, friendships and memorable moments.
Our final weeks have certainly been busy! One of the highlights was our Junior production of Pirates of The Curry Bean. Performing over two exceptionally warm evenings, our talented cast put on an amazing show. Every child involved should be incredibly proud of themselves. Their confidence and enthusiasm shone through and they entertained us all with a truly memorable performance.
We have also enjoyed celebrating our Year 6 pupils with their leavers’ disco and special leavers' lunch. These occasions have given us the opportunity to reflect on the wonderful contribution they have made to our school over the years. While we will miss them greatly, we are excited to see what the future holds for each of them. We wish every one of our Year 6 children the very best of luck as they begin the next stage of their education. We will remember them with great fondness and know they will be shining stars in their new schools.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our parents, carers and families for your continued encouragement and support throughout the year. Working together enables us to provide the very best experiences for our children and we are truly grateful for the partnership we share.
Thanks also go to our dedicated staff, whose hard work, care and commitment make our school such a happy and inspiring place to learn. Every member of the team goes above and beyond for our children and I am incredibly proud to work alongside them.
To our governors, thank you for your guidance, encouragement and ongoing support throughout the year. Your commitment to the school is greatly appreciated.
Finally, to all of our pupils, thank you for bringing so much energy, kindness and enthusiasm into school every day. Your excellent attitudes and willingness to embrace every opportunity make our school a very special place. It is a privilege to be your Headteacher.
I hope you all enjoy a happy, relaxing and well deserved summer break with your families. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in September for another exciting year and we are especially excited to welcome the new children and families who will soon become part of our school family.
