Hi, I'm Dee, the creative force and inspiration behind Deesigner cakes, welcome to my world!

​With over thirty years experience in cake design I have worked with people from all walks of life, from little one's christening and birthday cakes right through to creating ten tier 'Big Fat Gypsy Wedding Cakes'.

I would now like to share all of my knowledge and experience with you through Dee's Cake Academy. Come along to my purpose built workshop and classroom. My workshops are more than a class, I aim to create a unique experience where we work in small groups, with lots of one to one attention. Not only will you learn 'the insiders' tips and techniques, we'll have great fun, learning a new skill with home made tea and cakes to finish off our day.

I still love to create and bake, but now take on a limited number of commissions. I specialise in flower and lace work creating unique artisan wedding and party cakes tailored to your exact needs, so if you are looking for something different, Deesigner Cakes can help.
