🤖 Would your early years team benefit from practical AI training?

Tapestry’s latest survey found that 46% of early years respondents had used AI for admin and paperwork in the previous six months—but only 21% of those using it had received training.

At Riverside Training, we’re considering developing training to help early years teams use AI confidently and responsibly.

This could cover:
✅ Using AI to support everyday admin and communications.
✅ Protecting confidential information.
✅ Checking accuracy and recognising when AI gets things wrong.
✅ Keeping professional judgement at the centre of practice.

What an incredible evening we had at the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards last night! 🎉

Although Riverside Training did not win the Training Provider / Programme award, we were delighted to receive Highly Commended recognition—an achievement our whole team is incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to Inspire Education Group on winning the category and to everyone recognised throughout the evening.

The night was made even more special when our apprentice, Rebecca Richard, was named the Advanced Apprentice winner! 🏆

Thank you to the organisers, judges, sponsors and everyone involved in making it such a fantastic celebration. We’d also like to thank our apprentices, employer partners and the entire RTS team—this recognition belongs to all of you.

🏆 Rebecca Richards wins Advanced Apprentice!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Rebecca Richard has won the Advanced Apprentice award at the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards 2026.

Rebecca is completing her Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship with Riverside Training while working at The Day Nursery, Peterborough

This thoroughly deserved recognition reflects her commitment, development and positive contribution to her setting.
