We have an exciting opportunity for qualified level 3 member of staff to join us on a part time basis. This would be a sixteen hour a week position (Monday to Wednesday, with hours between 8 and 5). It would be on a term time only basis, with the potential of extra hours in the school holidays on an ad hoc basis.

We are looking for someone with a passion for child led learning, providing exciting invitations to play, and a keen promoter of outdoor learning- whatever the weather!

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS, and two satisfactory references.

Next week Melissa's partner James will be throwing himself out of a plane to raise some funds for us at Cinder Ash. This money will provide us with more resources to enhance learning and endless fun for the children.

After some concerns being raised I would like to take the opportunity to dispel any of the rumours and add clarity to this misleading headline.
Unfortunately there has been some antisocial behaviour from youths in the park in which Cinder Ash is located. Although this wasn't in the nursery itself, it was noticed by staff who went outside and addressed these behaviours
This was reported to this police, who supported and responded promptly.
No children were adversely affected, it was noted by staff whom managed the situation and was dealt with immediately and there has been no further concerns and fortunately this hasn't happened again.

With the current situation here at Cinder Ash, we are still open and looking after our key worker children. With this, it has given us time to develop our outdoor area and create some lovely and engaging areas for you to explore and play with on your return.

We miss you all so much and can not wait for you all to be back, creating lots of mess and amazing play. Please keep an eye on tapestry for activities to do at home, and please add your own tapestry’s for us to have a look at, seeing all the fun you have been having at home. 😊

We have our next Committee meeting approaching fast. It will be held on Monday 2nd March at 6pm. It really would be lovely to see more familiar faces. We can not stress the importance of having parents on the committee, and for you to have a part in your child's learning and time within nursery. Look forward to seeing you there :)
