PWK Maths Tutor KS3 & GCSE Qualified and experienced Maths Teacher offering on-line tuition for Key Stage 3 and GCSE Maths. One-to-one and group sessions up to 4 students available.

1 A number machine is in > x4 > +6 > out. If I put in the number 2 what should come out?
2 Paul was born on the first of August 1998. How old is he on the first of August 2009?
3 Amy spent all her pocket money on books 25%, food 40% and clothes. What % was clothes?
4 Ed has coins of £1, £1,10p,10p and 2p. He takes one at random. What is the probability it is the 2p?
5 4.3 x 6 = 25.8 What is 4.3 x 12?
6 Which of these numbers is prime. 21, 23, 25, 27?
