Toolbox roundup!
Seasons two of our podcast may have finished a few weeks ago, but all the episodes and resources are freely available on our website!
Check out this selection of tools from our conflict specific toolbox. This includes:
- different frames for understanding conflict
- using the lenses of punitive, restorative and transformative justice to look at conflict
- maintenance meetings for 'clearing the air'
- different roles we can all play in conflict of 'person who caused harm', 'person who's been harmed' and 'witness'
- OODA loops to help decide what to do about conflict
- VERA to engage conflict in the moment
So many tools - a big thanks to Sami for making these nice graphics!
And as well as all the tools - all the interviews are still available to listen back to as well!
