I was asked the other day doesn’t in Luxe or any bond builders repair the Hair permanently.

This can never happen because Hair is always under attack from that beautiful gas that keeps us alive - oxygen!!

Not only does it give us life, but it takes things away too, and one of them is integrity in the Hair.
