Happy Summer Holidays everyone!

What a fantastic way to celebrate a year of hard work and success!

Lantern’s Post 16 Snack Shack superstars headed to the pub for a well-deserved lunch, funded entirely by the profits they made from cooking and selling staff lunches throughout the year. Thank you to The Southsea Village for hosting us.

Using their ALD boards, pupils independently chose their pizzas before enjoying a delicious meal together and raising a fizzy drink to their achievements.

The Snack Shack work experience opportunities continue to develop real-life skills, independence, communication and teamwork, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything our young people have accomplished this year.
A huge well done to everyone involved – we can’t wait to see what’s cooking next year!

Secondary Summer Show

The pupils and staff of Secondary celebrated in style at the annual summer show! This year’s theme was ‘School’s Out for Summer’. Dressed in their summer clothes they celebrated summer activities to some of our favourite summer tunes! We are so proud of all of their achievements this year!

The Lantern Summer Celebration

The Lantern enjoyed Bucket with Lisa and listening to Sam play the guitar and a guest singer! Pupils and staff also enjoyed some treats created by Snack Shack and spending the afternoon together to celebrate the year. Thank you and well done to everyone that took part and supported.

Thank you for everyone that joined us to support our 'We're all going on a Summer Holiday' show!
Classes performances took us to Disney, Sailing the Seas, Visiting Paradise, going to a Festival, Camping, a trip to the Beach and on a Safari!
We had a great time and it was lovely to have such great support!
