Beginners Lindy hop courses and intermediate classes Swing dancing is a fantastic way to meet new people, stay fit and learn about the incredible swing era.
At Portsmouth Lindy Hop we teach Lindy Hop, Charleston and East Coast Swing. Lindy hop is our main focus on Thursday evening lessons and there is a large social scene here in the Portsmouth area, making it a perfect hobby to stay fit and socialise. Beginners class starts at 7:30m but get there early so you can find somewhere to park. Intermediate class starts at 9:00 and there is plenty of time for social dancing.

This Thursday’s class will be Solo Jazz taught by Katie Cobalt & Mike Sonder. What an amazing opportunity to learn and have fun with their excellent teaching techniques.
They’ll also be performing their latest routine! It’s not every day that you get to see an international-level performance up close. Do come down and bring your friends along. :)
