Anchor The Magic
Welcome to Anchor the Magic. A haven to achieve balance, healing and happiness.
Through the power of coaching, energy, vibration, sound and transformational techniques & practices, you can begin to set sail towards your dreams and live the life you desire
⚡️Some of the biggest transformations don’t happen in the loud moments.
They happen in the quiet.
In the moment you finally exhale.
When your mind stops racing.
When your nervous system remembers what calm feels like.
Over the past few months, I’ve experienced grief, healing, growth and now the beginning of a new chapter as a qualified transformational coach. Through it all, one thing has remained constant… the power of simply allowing ourselves the space to pause.
That’s why I love holding sound baths.
For an hour, you don’t have to do anything, fix anything or be anything. You simply rest, receive and let the vibrations do their work.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or just in need of a reset, I’d love to welcome you.
✨ There are still spaces on Monday’s Gong Sound Bath, a beautiful intimate session with plenty of space to relax.
If you’ve been thinking about coming, perhaps this is your sign.

🔆 Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter 🔆
⚡️I’m incredibly proud to share that I am now a qualified Impactful Coach.
Over the past few months, I’ve learned so much—not just about coaching others, but about myself too. It’s been a journey of growth, challenge, and transformation, and I can’t wait to use everything I’ve learned to help others create a life they truly love.
This is the next step in my journey, combining transformational coaching with my work as a Sound and Reiki Practitioner. Together, these approaches allow me to support people on a deeper level—helping them reconnect with themselves, overcome what’s holding them back, and move towards a life filled with purpose, confidence, and joy.
I feel so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to welcome clients into this next chapter.
Here’s to new beginnings, meaningful transformation, and helping more people discover the magic that’s already within them. ✨💜
Returning to Yorkshire has been so much more than a trip home.
Over the last few days, I’ve walked streets I haven’t seen in decades, stood outside childhood homes, and revisited places that shaped who I am. It’s incredible how places can hold memories, emotions, and stories we didn’t even realise were still there.
Some memories brought smiles. Others brought tears. But every step reminded me that our past isn’t something to run from—it’s something we can honour, learn from, and gently release.
As a transformational coach and sound healing practitioner, I see this so often. We all carry experiences from our past that influence how we think, feel, and show up today. Sometimes all we need is the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
This trip has reminded me that healing isn’t about forgetting where we’ve come from. It’s about acknowledging the journey, appreciating how far we’ve travelled, and choosing how we move forward.
Have you ever revisited somewhere from your childhood? How did it make you feel?
The last two days have been an emotional trip down memory lane.
I’ve been back in my hometown in Yorkshire with family to scatter my Dad’s ashes at the cemetery, where the rest of his family are laid to rest. I also scattered Molly’s ashes too. It felt right that my little Yorkshire girl came home, and somehow it all happened on Yorkshire Day.
It’s been cathartic, emotional, beautiful, and strangely comforting all at the same time.
I also went past my old home. It looked so run down, and it made me realise how much time changes places… and people. The memories will always be there, but life keeps moving forward.
With so many memories and changes this year, I’ve realised I’m standing at a crossroads again. I honestly have no idea where I’ll be this time next year. Part of me finds that unsettling, but another part sees possibility. Sometimes we have to let go of what was before we can fully step into what’s next.
For now, I’m simply grateful—for family, for memories, for love that never really leaves us, and for the comfort of knowing that home isn’t always a place. Sometimes it’s the people we carry in our hearts.
And for now I’m truly grateful for living in the moment and spending precious time with family and friends 🙏🥰
✨ The Power of Tuning Forks ✨
When people think of sound healing, they often imagine gongs or singing bowls. But one of my favourite tools is something much smaller… tuning forks.
These precisely calibrated instruments create gentle vibrations that can be applied on or around the body. As the vibrations travel through the tissues, many people experience a profound sense of calm, release and balance.
Tuning forks may help to:
🌿 Calm the nervous system
💜 Ease stress and tension
✨ Encourage deep relaxation
🎵 Support the body’s natural healing processes
🌍 Help you feel more grounded and centred
⚡ Restore energetic balance
Every session is unique. Some people notice the subtle vibrations, others simply feel lighter, clearer or deeply relaxed afterwards.
It’s amazing how something so simple can have such a powerful effect.
Have you ever experienced tuning fork therapy? I’d love to hear what it felt like for you—or if you’re curious, ask me anything below. 👇
✨ Sometimes the most important thing you do all week… is pause. ✨
We’re constantly being told to do more, achieve more and keep going. But our bodies and minds aren’t designed to be “on” all the time.
One of the things I love most about holding sound baths is watching people arrive carrying the weight of their week… and leave looking softer, calmer and lighter.
For one hour, there’s nowhere to be.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing expected of you.
Just space to breathe, rest and allow the soothing vibrations of the gongs and instruments to do what they do best.
If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll book “one day”, perhaps this is your reminder that you deserve to make time for yourself now.
✨ Upcoming sessions:
🌙 Havelock Centre – 10 August
🌙 Church of the Holy Spirit – 21 August
🌙 Manor Wellness – 25 August
I’d love to welcome you. If you’ve been to one of my sound baths before, I’d love it if you could share in the comments how you felt afterwards—it may be just the encouragement someone else needs. 💜

✨Today feels different ✨
It’s my first birthday without my dad.
It’s my first birthday without my beautiful Molly.
And for the first time in a very long time, I’m spending most of it alone.
If I’m honest, I wasn’t sure how today would feel. Grief has a way of showing up when you least expect it, especially on days that are usually filled with celebration.
But as much as my heart aches for the people and little soul I wish were here, I know they would want me to keep living, loving and finding joy where I can.
So today, I’m choosing gratitude alongside the sadness. Grateful for the memories, for the love that never truly leaves us, and for everyone who has been part of my journey.
Birthdays aren’t always about parties or presents. And I had a lovely evening celebrating with friends last night and received some gorgeous gifts. Sometimes they’re about resilience. About honouring those we’ve lost while continuing to write the next chapter of our own story.
To anyone who finds birthdays or special occasions difficult because someone is missing, you’re not alone. Be gentle with yourself.
Here’s to another year of healing, growth and carrying those we love in our hearts, always. ❤️
And a big thank you to those who’ve helped my day feel extra special 🥰🙏
