We are delighted to introduce Mellors, our new catering provider at CTK! The sweet chilli chicken has gone down very well today with our pupils and staff! A welcome letter and menus have been sent home to all families via class charts and they are also available on our website.

Our new Yr7 pupils are having an amazing morning in their first set of activities with the LFC Coaches for their CTK Induction Day. We’ve been so impressed with their punctuality, smart appearance and behaviour on arrival and in our welcome assembly.

This afternoon to conclude our fantastic 4 days of CTK Transition Summer Camp this year with a talent show!
We had 15 acts and lots of our pupils were incredibly brave to volunteer to perform singing, dancing, comedy, acrobatics, and a live art performance. 👏🏻
Our audience was incredibly supportive and we were very impressed by the talent of our new pupils 👌🏻
All pupils who have attended this week have become familiar with our school and have made new friends. Its been great fun 👏🏻
We’re looking forward to seeing our new Yr7 in their new CTK PE kits on Wednesday for their Induction Day. 👍🏻

Our new pupils are working well in their favourite activities of basketball, benchball and tag this morning 🏀 🏐 🏃‍♀️

Our afternoon session on day 3 involves arts and crafts, movie time and football. 🎨 🎥 ⚽️
Chris and Abbie from the Alder Hey Mental Health Support Team were here today too to offer an informal drop in session to discuss worries and concerns about transition to high school, coping with new changes and other issues that our pupils wanted to discuss. 😊
