What a 16 years it has been!

Thank you Julian for all you have done for our school. Enjoy your well deserved retirement and as we now look forward to the next chapter in the life of Larkfield we promise to look after it for you!

What a fabulous Tuesday evening! ☀️🎶

Our KS1 and KS2 children had an amazing time enjoying an outdoor disco in the sunshine! There was plenty of singing, dancing and laughter as everyone made the most of a wonderful summer evening.

A huge thank you to our fantastic Friends of Larkfield team, who kept everyone refreshed with delicious treats throughout the event. Your hard work and support helped make the evening so special.

What a fantastic way to start the day! Our children watched the highlights from England’s match last night and the cheers that echoed around the school could probably have been heard in Mexico! 🇲🇽⚽️❤️

Well that’s the end of yet another amazing week at Larkfield. Sports day was spectacular with both KS1 and KS2 children working alongside each other to create fabulous memories. Thankfully the weather cooled enough for everyone to enjoy the morning. 🌞 ⚽️ 🎾 💦 🏃

Our Larkfield community would like to say a HUGE thank you to our wonderful Friends of Larkfield for everything they do to support our school.

This week alone, they have generously provided fantastic new parasols, giving our children plenty of shade so that classes can enjoy taking their learning outdoors in the sunshine. They also organised a brilliant Sand Bottle activity, which the children absolutely loved!

The Friends of Larkfield work tirelessly behind the scenes to organise events, raise valuable funds and provide wonderful experiences and resources that make such a positive difference to our children.

Thank you for your time, energy, generosity and unwavering support. We are incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated group of parents and carers as part of our Larkfield family. 💙

Thank you so much for spending the day with us. The children (and parents) loved it. It meant such a lot that you came and shared our community day with us. Thank you again. Looking forward to seeing you on that bouncy castle next time. 🏰 👮

Larkfest, you were brilliant! 💙 Pc Gres and I have spent the day at Larkfield Primary School for their fantastic community event, and what a turnout. Big shout out to our friends at Merseyside Fire & Rescue who joined us — always great working alongside them.

The kids absolutely made the day. From setting off the blue lights in the Police Van, to trying on our uniform dress up kit, to proudly collecting their PCSO Barry stickers… they kept us smiling from start to finish.

There was a bouncy castle too. And before anyone asks — no, I didn’t get a go on it. Maybe next year. Huge thanks to the organisers for having us. If you’re planning something similar in the future, feel free to get in touch — and if we can attend, depending on resources, we’d be more than happy to come along.
