Sigh… I have respected client’s commitments for appointments without a non refundable deposit so far. Never had issues until now it seems to have become a trend. I get it, life happens unexpectedly at times and then there are the genuine cases. But “oh I forgot..!” seems to have become a trend 🥲 What clients don’t understand is that we have lost precious time that could have been given to another paying client. Whilst a no show happens, we are still paying rents and bills on services that didn’t happen. Food for thought. Rant over.

Ideally removal would be the preferred route however majority of clients do not wish to go through the process. Until a certain point Microblading can be preformed to hide previous work.
