Toe 😩🦶🏼
An open fracture of my big toe wasn’t on my wish list for this summer holidays but here I am, bandaged up, foot in a Velcro boot, with a date with the fracture clinic on Thursday 😢 clearly I should have stuck to dancing and left the landscape gardening to the professionals!

I am not able to drive or climb up and down putting my blackout blinds up yet so this week’s session (12th) is cancelled I’m sorry 😔 I had no session scheduled in next week (19th) due to my staycation planned with my children (fingers crossed we can still go!) but I’m hoping to be ok for 26th August.

I’m going to miss you all but I’ll be back to it as soon as I’m given the ok. Wishing you all a lovely couple of weeks and I’ll see you soon x

Lights out (yes, completely!), some absolute bangers on the playlist each week, move your body at your own pace and let your inhibitions go. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Holiday season has begun so we have a number of spaces remaining this week, the perfect time to try us out and to get your place booked for the Wednesday evening you deserve 😊💃🏻

Lots of our ladies come along on their own so you don’t need to be nervous if you’re flying solo. Equally we have some who book with friends or relatives if that’s more comfortable for you.

Work, family commitments, housework, grocery shopping, caring for pets, sometimes there just doesn’t feel like there are enough hours in the day for the basics, never mind to take a break for yourself. But LIGHTS OUT [let’s dance] UK] UK is one night a week. 45 minutes, all to yourself, moving your body and resetting your mind.
