We’re excited to announce we have recently welcomed our new Operations Manager, Beverley.

Beverley joined us in April 2026, bringing a wealth of experience in social work and leadership across residential childcare, including senior roles in both private and local authority settings.

She is passionate about safeguarding and improving outcomes for young people with strong expertise in leadership, partnership working, and supporting team development. We’re delighted to have her on board! 😊

“I would say that my experience of working with Silverdale has been second to none.. Sam and the team have been committed and dedicated to support despite the numerous challenges that the team have faced. I have 10 years experience in safeguarding and would say Silverdale is one of the best homes that I have worked with in the years I have been doing this job.
