The Apprentice Minimum Wage is increasing to £8 per hour from 1st April 2026.

This change ensures apprentices continue to receive fair pay while gaining valuable skills and experience in the workplace.

For employers, it is a good time to review apprentice pay rates and ensure payroll systems are updated ahead of April.

🏠 Housing and Property Management Level 3
Perfect for those ready to take the next step in their housing career, managing services, supporting tenants, and ensuring compliance across the sector.

🏡 Junior Estate Agent Level 2
Ideal for anyone starting their journey in property sales and lettings, developing the skills to market, sell, and let properties while delivering excellent customer service.

Both apprenticeships provide valuable, hands-on learning opportunities designed to build confidence, professional skills, and a strong foundation in the housing and property industry.
