Why physical play matters 💙

High-energy boys often have SO much energy to burn, and physical play is such an important part of helping them thrive! 🏃‍♂️💨 Whether it’s running, climbing, jumping, wrestling or simply being silly, active play helps children build strength, coordination and confidence while also giving them a healthy way to release all that energy.

It’s not about “calming boys down” it’s about giving their bodies the opportunity to move, explore and be themselves. 💙 Physical play can support emotional regulation, concentration, social skills and overall wellbeing too!

So let them run, jump, climb and get messy… because sometimes the best learning happens when they’re moving! 🥰✨

A little reminder that summer adventures don’t have to happen in the hottest part of the day. ☀️💛

This afternoon we waited until the temperature had eased before heading to the park, giving this little one under 2 the chance to explore, climb, and play safely while staying as cool as possible. 🌿🛝

When caring for young children, their safety always comes first and sometimes that simply means waiting for the sun to calm down before making precious memories together. 💛
