Delivered in partnership with RISE LIFE Essex, these fun and accessible sessions are open to all ages and abilities, offering a great way to stay active, socialise, and enjoy seated sports.

New Aqua Aerobics Class Coming next week💙!

Wednesdays at both 13.15 and 19.45.

Ages 16 + and all abilities welcome!
