We are pleased to invite all parents/carers of KS3 pupils to our interactive KS3 Raising Achievement Evening, which will take place on Thursday 30 April 2026 from 16:30 to 19:00. This engaging event is designed to support both pupils and families in preparing for the upcoming KS3 assessment week, and to provide practical strategies and opportunities to actively explore how to work in partnership with the school to maximise progress for your child. Last week, our school was visited by the company Everyday Racism.
They held anti-racist assemblies which focused on how racism can occur in everyday situations. The sessions helped pupils understand stereotypes and unconscious bias, and encouraged us all to reflect on how this can affect others.

Our Year 9 options evening is being held this week on Thursday from 16.00 - 19.00.
This event provides an opportunity for Year 9 pupils to talk with subject teachers and explore the range of subjects available to them at GCSE.
