Just wanted to touch base with my existing and new KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-level students studying with me this year 👋

I'm returning to work the week beginning the 20th September 2021.

Parents/Guardians of my 2021/22 students, please confirm your child's attendance with me this year by sending my page a message/whatsapping or emailing me and we can then look to get a day and time in the diary that works around your son/daughter's timetable this year. 🗓

KS3 & GCSE FOUNDATION STUDENTS - TRANSFORMATIONS PRACTICE 😀🔴🟠🟢 If your son or daughter has a few minutes over this rainy weekend to do a little Maths revision, these questions would be a great place to start. (We recommend printing these if you don't have any graph paper at home)

If your son or daughter finds these questions a little difficult, please PM us to book in your ad hoc virtual session over the holidays. 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Just to let everyone know following my last post, I have started to use LiveBoard which is a great resource for online tutoring. It allows my students and I to communicate via audio and to both draw and write on a whiteboard whilst talking - almost like being in a room together.

I can then export our Maths whiteboard to a pdf at the end of the session for my students to keep hold of which is evidently very beneficial for home study.

For future sessions I ask that you please download LiveBoard which is available on the App Store for IOS and android for FREE. Please then set up an account for your son/daughter (should take under a minute) and hey presto!

This is all new to me too and so there may be a little teething period but I leave enough time between all my sessions for our slots to run slightly over in case we come across any technical errors (hopefully not 🤞).

I have included the logo below so that you can see exactly which app to download.
