💛 Feel Good Friday 💛

Today we’re taking a little time to celebrate our amazing team!

Our staff will be enjoying a relaxed and comfortable dress day, staff shout-outs, and some well-deserved treats including hot chocolate topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and flakes, alongside plenty of biscuits to enjoy throughout the day. ☕🍫

Working in early years is rewarding, but it can also be incredibly busy, so it’s important to take opportunities to recognise one another, celebrate successes, and look after our wellbeing.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team for everything they do for our children and families every single day. 🌟

🦙 Petting Zoo Adventure 🐰

🦙 What an Amazing Adventure! 🐰

Some of our Baby, Toddler and Preschool children enjoyed a special visit to a local business yesturday, where they met lots of wonderful animals at a petting zoo!

The children had the opportunity to gently stroke alpacas, meet a friendly donkey, cuddle rabbits, and watch the ducks exploring nearby. There were lots of smiles, excitement, and conversations as the children learned about different animals and how to interact with them safely and respectfully.

Real-life experiences like these help children develop confidence, curiosity, language skills, and a deeper understanding of the world around them.

We are having our Graduation Photos for our school leavers on Monday 6th July from 10:30. We are inviting all school leavers in our preschool room to come and have a graduation photo. If this is not your child's usual day to attend, please let the office know if you will be coming.
We are looking forward to seeing all our schools leavers photos :)

🍦 It’s THURSDAE… so obviously that calls for ice cream 🍦☀️

With temperatures soaring this week, we thought our amazing team deserved a little cool-down treat today 💛

The freezer is stocked with different ice cream flavours, cones, bowls, sauces, sprinkles, and toppings for the ultimate DIY sundae station 🍨✨

Because if we’re going to survive this heat… we’re doing it with ice cream 😅☀️

💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Today our team wore green to help raise awareness and show support for mental health 💚

In early years, we know how important kindness, connection, wellbeing and support are not just for children, but for adults too. Taking care of our mental health matters every single day.

Thank you to our lovely team for getting involved and helping spread awareness 🌿

This week we have been celebrating the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough 🌍💚

The children have loved exploring different animal habitats, reading stories inspired by nature and wildlife, dressing up, creating animal masks, and decorating biscuits. 🦁🦋🍃

It has been a lovely way to encourage curiosity about the world around us and learn more about animals, nature, and caring for our planet.

We are so proud of Ruby and Jess for successfully completing their Level 3 apprenticeship! 🌟
They have both worked incredibly hard and shown such dedication throughout their journey, a fantastic achievement.
Well done, Ruby and Jess! 👏
