Mums Supporting Mums 💜
At Strong Mamas, community and support are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to be supporting Baby Necessities, Baby Necessities - Baby Bank a local charity baby bank that provides essential 0-5 children’s items to families across Hampshire who are experiencing financial hardship or challenging circumstances.
Join us for a relaxed coffee morning powered by so.co.™
If you’d like to support Baby Necessities, please bring along any items from their current donation wish list. As storage space is limited and demand changes throughout the year, Baby Necessities can only accept specific items they currently need. You can view their latest donation requirements here: https://babynecessities.co.uk/donating
There will also be the opportunity to use Baby Necessities’ self-weigh baby scales, enjoy a coffee and delicious treats, and connect with other local mums.
Even if you don’t have anything to donate, we’d still love to see you. SO.CO. will generously donate 10% of all coffee sales during the event to Baby Necessities, so simply stopping by for a coffee is another great way to support local families.
We’re proud to support a charity that shares so many of our values, and we look forward to welcoming you.

This is Rhian’s story with us
I love Strong Mamas. It’s not just another baby class — it’s a community of women supporting and looking out for one another.
After my second child, I was desperate to get back into exercise, but it felt hard to know where to start. This class was recommended to me by others, and I haven’t looked back since.
It has also changed how I exercise outside of class, making me more aware of my body and encouraging me to give myself some grace.
Kayleigh is amazing, always giving great advice and making every session feel like you’re working out with a friend.
Coming to Strong Mamas makes me feel seen.

This is Leanne’s story with us
I was massively into weight training before I fell pregnant but couldn’t train at all during, so I was really worried how training would look after giving birth. I’m so glad I found Kayleigh’s classes, she has given me such a safe space to build my strength back up in a controlled way.
I’ve been going to Strong Mamas since my daughter was 8 weeks old, she’s just about to turn one and even though I’m back at work I still try get to classes!
Kayleigh’s created such a supportive environment and whether you’re new to working out or experienced she will make sure to talk you through everything and tailor the exercises to your ability, she’s super knowledgeable.
The small classes make it really personable and don’t feel daunting when you first start. My daughter also got to know Kayleigh really well which was so helpful, if she was having an off day she felt comfortable enough to be settled by Kayleigh so I could continue my workout!
The Strong Mamas classes were such an important part of my maternity leave and I’m beyond grateful for them. I will always rave about these classes and can’t recommend them enough!

STRONG MAMAS exists because I saw a gap, a space where mums didn’t have somewhere to connect and move their bodies, when there should have been.
I wanted to create a space that mums could truly belong, to be able to combine being a mum and themselves. A space to work on themselves, so they can be both a mum and the person they were before motherhood. A reminder that both can co-exist.
Because I believe this is when you THRIVE as a mum when you give yourself the time to FEEL your best. So I built a space where mums can feel seen and heard and because I craved community and I knew other mums did too.
I created what I couldn’t find and you have made this what it is.

This is Sammi’s story with us
I first joined Strong Mamas when my baby was about 2 months old and haven’t stopped coming back since (she is now 14 months).I have even planned Strong Mamas regularly into my day off now I’m back at work.
Prioritising my fitness is something I felt dropped a bit when becoming a Mum, because you can’t just ‘drop everything’ and go out the door for a run like before having a baby. It is so refreshing to have a space to focus on your fitness without having to worry about finding childcare.
Even in a group, Kayleigh motivates you as an individual—adapting exercises, correcting your form, and pushing you to go heavier when you’re ready.
