BOOKBUZZ - FREE BOOKS 📚

We are delighted to be taking part in Bookbuzz this year, a scheme run by Book Trust to get books into the hands of as many students as possible. All Year 7 students will get the chance to choose a FREE book to keep from an amazing selection. Students will be introduced to the books in the next couple of weeks and they should arrive in time for Christmas. Reading is such an important skill and we are very lucky to have an amazing Library at Regents Park - students are welcome to borrow books and can use the Library during the school day.

Our Science Club is back and starts on Tuesday 22nd September!

Open to all Key Stage 3 students, Science Club is a chance to have fun, explore exciting experiments and try activities you won't do in your normal lessons.

🌟 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟

A huge congratulations to Scarlett in Year 8 on her outstanding achievements at a recent twirling competition!

Despite sustaining an injury during one of her routines, Scarlett showed incredible determination and resilience, continuing to compete and achieving fantastic results:

🏅 1st Place Basic Strut
🏅 2nd Place PNP
🏅 1st Place Pom Strut (Intermediate)
🏅 1st Place Solo Twirl (Novice)
🏅 1st Place 2 Baton
🏅 2nd Place Freestyle
🏅 1st Place Freestyle Pairs

Scarlett also received two judges' awards for her showmanship and ex*****on in 2 Baton and for her Solo Twirl performance.

To top off an incredible day, Scarlett was named Joint Athlete of the Day for her age group and category alongside another competitor.

We are incredibly proud of Scarlett's dedication, perseverance and sporting excellence. What a fantastic achievement. Well done, Scarlett! 👏⭐
