Here in Southampton at Parity Martial Arts & Wellness we have arguably the best Judo mats around. Large permanent, soft matted area.

European Judo Union level 5 coach, recently back from Lausanne Judo Grand Slam working for International Judo Federation.

Another Sunday has rolled around, come and do some Judo rolls at Parity Martial Arts on Millbank Street in Southampton.
Kids 9:30am, Adults 10:30-12

Great session last night at Parity Martial Arts in .

Rather than focusing specific throw, we focused on direction of movement and fitting throws into that direction.

I.e. if you get your partner moving left, maintain that momentum and throw to the left.
