This week our Secondary trainees are involved in an ITaP week at @saintgeorgecc where they are diving deeper into Adaptive Teaching. Our ITaP weeks are incredible opportunities for our trainees to experience different schools and build up their professional contact list of other teachers and peers that will further support them in their teaching careers #adaptiveteaching #teachertalk #teacherretention @uos_pgce
