Back onto Zoom this morning following last nights outage. ✨

When I woke up I was reminded of why I’m so passionate about Jin Shin Jyutsu and Flower Essences.💛

Not only are they both incredibly gentle… but profoundly transformational… methods of Self-Healing… but they are also immediate and sustainable.

You can rely on them always, no matter what is happening in the outer world and with those around you.

Immediate in that you have the power to release the effects of trauma and stress, literally, at your fingertips.

There is no need to rely on petrochemical based pharmaceutical drugs to alter your biochemistry, you can simply tap into the innate intuitive wisdom of your own body.

With Jin Shin Jyutsu you simply use your breath, your awareness and your hands to unlock the stored tension, get out of fight or flight mode and regulate your nervous system. 💚

And with Flower Essences you have another natural way to harmonise your emotions by simply taking a few drops of your chosen Essence in water. 💦

And sustainable because with both healing methods you do not need to travel, rely on another (once you’ve learnt the basics) or destroy precious habitats.

For several years now I’ve witnessed how relying on one system (for example the NHS or Adult Social Care) works while it works.
But when that system is critically ill itself, then what happens?

And what about when the oil runs out?
What is going to happen to the recently invented pharmaceuticals which so many now depend on?
What do we do in the face of system collapse? How do we tend to our bodies, to our communities, to strengthen and support them?

The suffering which I have seen .. and am concerned many more will be aware of .. makes my wish for as many people as possible to experience the simplicity and power of Jin Shin Jyutsu and EarthSong Flower Essences.

These 2 healing gifts have been combined into one… the result being my Harmonic Flow Self-Healing Method.

Day 2 of the Angel Cafe is starting now x

Another day of inspiring talks and sharing by Healers, LightWorkers and Spiritual Business Owners. There are 60 of us in total who are taking part this year, and the sessions I've heard so far have been so heart-opening!

I'm giving a talk today on how to 'Clear Fear and Self-Doubt and Step Into Your Radiant Self' with the help of JIn Shin Jyutsu and Flower Essences.

The event is free, but we are raising funds by donation to a wonderful charity called KIV, which helps distribute funds in the form of micro-loans to communities who can't access financial support by other means.

It's nearly time to close the doors on The Somatic Summer School folks.

At midnight tonight registration is over, in time for us beginning on the beautiful Full Moon in Aquarius.

Aquarius is a sign connected with innovation and new technologies.

While there is nothing 'new' about JIn Shin Jyutsu (Physio Philosophy) as it is born of innate wisdom, it is a new way for the Western Mind to look at the body.

In our culture we have been conditioned to look at the body as a series of 'parts' disconnected from each other. When we align with the Eastern view, we can more easily see the Mind/Body Unit as a whole.

Also Flower Essences are not 'new'. Many indigenous cultures have understood the energetic qualities of flowers and plants and use them for healing. Aligning with these helps us to access our emotional world, and heal on that level.

What both of these have in common is how they both a type of 'missing link' and that they both gently bring the body back into harmony.
And when the body is given the right harmonious conditions, we create a breeding ground for miracles!

Most of us have experienced the Fight or Flight response at some point in our lives, as we've dealt with shocking news or been under stress for a very long time.

For some, myself included, this natural response to overwhelming threat has been 'stuck' in the on position, a situation that can lead to a chronic illness, debilitating fatigue and a myriad of other issues.

The Fight/Anger part of this, for example, can lead to:

Irritability
Insomnia
Hormonal imbalances
Disinterest in Life
Resentment
Self-Sabotage
Fatigue

Whereas the Flight/Fear part of this can lead to:

Anxiety
Hypervigilance
Attention difficulties
Muscular tension
Memory problems
Headaches
Panic attacks
Poor immune response
Fatigue

And many more in both categories.

Western Medicine is doing it's best to catch up with looking at the Trauma Response in this way, but it is a long way behind Eastern Medicine which has been aware of this for centuries.

Within the Ancient Japanese Healing Art of JIn Shin Jyutsu we have a wealth of easy-to-do Self Help Somatic Exercises which help to dissolve the harmful effects of Fear and Anger.

This beautiful Flower Essence asked to be shared today.... Red Rose.
When I co-created this Essence 4 years a go I heard Her simple message which was..

'I will help you create a New Foundation built on Love.'

What a generous and loving gift.

It wasn't until several months later that I discovered that this particular Rose Essence was deeply connected to the Sacred Feminine and in particular Mary Magdalene.

So today... on Her Feast Day of July 22nd... she askes to be seen.
