Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Services Society (HKPASS) was first founded by LSE over 10 years ago, and has since expanded across many other universities in the UK such as Exeter, Bath and Bristol. SOUTHAMPTON EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM)
We are exhilarated to invite all our members to attend our EGM@2021 which will be held on the 27th March at 13:00(UKT).
The purpose of this EGM is to Re-elect for the positions voted as Re-Opened(RON) at our AGM. Hence, only the position - External Vice President will be re-elected.
For this re-election, all registered members will have one vote each. Once the Q&A session ends, there will be 15 minutes for the voting process to proceed. Thus we recommend all HKPASS members to attend this event for the votes to be fair and justify.
