Remember to use a fluoride toothpaste. SPIT, DON’T RINSE after brushing as this dilutes and reduces its effectiveness.

Had an Ofsted inspection last week, was a really nice calm inspection.
Happy to recieve a good 💛

We went on a Nature treasure hunt at River Hamble Country Park.
We observed interesting plants, tree bark, rocks, other natural objects using a magnifying glass. We sang and made music by banging sticks on the trees and stomping through the crunchy leaves.
We listened to the birds singing, dogs bark and the wind in the trees.
We created pictures in mud using different sized sticks.
We gave a few trees a hug along the way, which made us feel calm and connected to nature.
We had a lovely morning in nature 😊
