🌲 No Limits are delighted to be launching a new low cost, private counselling service, Avenue Counselling.

Starting from 1st July, support is available to children and young people aged 5-25 and their families across the south of England.

We offer:
🧒 One-to-one counselling for children and young people aged 5-25
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family counselling
💬 Parenting consultation, for parents and carers whose child is, or is about to receive support from No Limits or Avenue Counselling.

Support is available face-to-face at 35 The Avenue, Southampton, or appointments online or via phone.

🚨 Referrals are open now and currently there is no waiting list.

📢 Year 10 Parents’ Evening – Book Now!

This is a great opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers, discuss their progress, and explore how we can support them in the run-up to their GCSEs.

📢 FACEBOOK LIVE – THE NEW NDPT 📢

Join Southampton Parent Carer Forum and the ND MDT team for a Facebook Live on:

We'll be talking about the latest version of the NDPT (Neurodiversity Profiling Tool) and explaining the changes that have been made since the original Portsmouth version.

During the session we'll cover:
- What the NDPT is
- Why it has been updated
- The differences between the original Portsmouth version and the latest version developed by the ICB and Parent Carer Forums
- What happens next

This is a great opportunity to understand the tool, hear about the changes that have been made, and ask questions.

As always, we want families to feel informed and involved in the development of services that affect children and young people with additional needs.

✅ Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
✅ A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
✅ The ability to respond confidently to the diverse needs of families

We’re looking for someone who truly embodies the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, healthy relationships, hope, and perseverance.

🕒 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
28 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview)

💡 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- Strong knowledge of working in a preschool setting
- Good understanding of EYFS
- A positive and effective team player
- Sound understanding of child development and individual needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with parents and encourage involvement
- Calm, adaptable, and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
