This was a fun day! But such impressive school students from Mount Pleasant Junior School and our Youth Panellists were awesome as always. Great to see Dr Chris be inspired by them and be hopeful for the future! πππ

Taking Exams this summer?
"Time is a very important tool, it is finite in our lives so we need to use it carefully. However, most of us,
especially students, seem to not be able to manage it properly: whether it be leaving homework until last
minute, or just not having enough time to study for an exam, I'm sure we have all had that nagging feeling,
eating at our brains to get the work done, but we just canβt. So... why do we really fail at managing time?"
our navigating exams guide will help you make it through this exam season. It is easy to understand and was created by our young people as they were navigating their own exams. Check out the entire guide for tips, tricks and information on...

The government is making decisions about social media and young people, but do young people actually get a say?
We're researchers at LifeLab, University of Southampton, and we want to hear your views. We're running a short survey to find out what young people aged 13-21 think about social media, and we'll use your responses to inform the UK government's national consultation.
Your voice matters. It takes about 10 minutes.

Taking part is completely voluntary and your responses will be anonymous. Ethical approval: University of Southampton (ERGO II Ref: 113021 [v1, 10/04/2026]
