Mini Maestros

I will be running a free music session for babies, toddlers and pre-school children on Saturday 6th September as part of the Shirley Fringe.

It will take place at the ‘Family Hub’ area of the Shirley Fringe which is held at the Freemantle and Shirley Community Centre from 3pm - 3.45pm.

There will be lots of other fun events taking place at the ‘Family Hub’ including an inter-generational sing along and afternoon tea on Friday 5th in the afternoon, a circus extravaganza and performances from the ‘Salty Sea Dogs’ and other local choirs.

I’m looking forward to being part of this unique music event organised by local businesses and helping to raise money for the Rose Road charity.

I will be running Mini Maestros sessions on Monday 4th August and on Wednesday 20th August this summer.

They will be held at our usual venue (St Boniface Church Hall, Shirley).

The sessions are filling up fast but there are some spaces still.

9.30 am. for babies and toddlers under 2 and a half years.

10.30 am. for older children from 2 and a half years to 4 years.

£5 for one child, £7.50 for two, with school age siblings going free.

This August I will be running a couple of one-off sessions open to anyone who would like to come along for some musical fun!
They will be on Friday 6th August and Wednesday 25th August.
On both these dates there will be a session at 9.30 for little ones under 2 and a half years and a session at 10.30 for children over 2 and a half years.
The sessions will be £4 payable by cash or electronic transfer on the day.

The last 12 months has seen Mini Maestros stopping, starting up again and then stopping a good few times.
But I’m very excited to announce that from Monday 19th April it will be BUSINESS AS USUAL and this time I am feeling hopeful that my music sessions will be here to stay! 😊
