πΏ A little world of wonder and imagination πΏ
The children have been exploring our new magical small world play resources both indoors and outdoors. From woodland creatures and fairy homes to cosy den spaces and storytelling invitations, the children have been using their creativity, communication and imagination to bring their own stories to life. ππ§
Small world play supports:
π± Language and communication
π± Imagination and creativity
π± Social interaction and storytelling
π± Fine motor development
π± Confidence in expressing ideas
We love creating calming, open-ended spaces where children can explore at their own pace and follow their own interests. π

Our cosy reading corner is ready for lots of stories, imagination and quiet moments πβ¨
Creating inviting spaces helps children feel calm, supported and inspired to explore books independently. From favourite stories to comfy cushions, every little detail encourages a love of reading and communication π
We have also introduced the children to our new reading bags. If you would like to borrow one for homelearning, please let us know!

The children have been busy planting, watering, and watching our seeds begin to grow. From scooping soil to caring for our seedlings, this experience helps children learn about nature, responsibility, and where our food comes from.
Weβve been exploring different seeds, talking about what plants need to grow, and practicing patience as we wait for our tiny sprouts to flourish πΏ
Thereβs nothing quite like the excitement of seeing those first green shoots appear!
We have planted carrots, cress, mustard, swiss chard and spinach.
