This morning some of our baby bee’s have had lots of fun exploring a vehicle and their environments tray. They explored the different textures in which the variety of cars, trucks and boats would be located in every day life such as the boats on the water and the cars on the road. They had so much fun with this, getting messy and also recognising what the different vehicles were. Good job Baby Bee’s😊🐝

This morning our busy bees have been busy jetting off on holiday. Lots of our busy bees have been on some lovely holidays either somewhere hot or just staying in the UK where we’ve equally had some lovely hot days. Jess got a suitcase out and they enjoyed packing the essentials for their holiday. Rising fours very kindly let us borrow their passports and boarding passes so busy bees could jet off.
We had a coffee corner set up and they all enjoyed using their imagination to serve their friends drinks before the flight. Once they had finished their drinks they were all ready to board the flight. Busy bees had fantastic listening ears and all lined up beautifully waiting for their passports and boarding passes to be checked. They all took turns to even fly the plane. Once we were up in the air busy bees enjoyed some inflight entertainment and had their snack.
Where will they go next?
Well done Busy Bees 🐝

Today our Busy Bees used their fine motor skills to move the 🫛 peas and frogs around our pond! They used tweezers to pick up the items and had to grip them tight. The children loved exploring our pond on the roof terrace. Well done Busy Bees!

With the warm weather the past few weeks Pre school have been telling us about the days they’ve been to the beach and what they like to do at the beach. This morning we have been exploring a beach tuff tray. Pre School loved getting messy and talk about what animals they might find in the sea. They then extended their learning by putting the sea animals in clean water and making sure they are clean.
Well Done Pre School 🐝

Today marks the start of our final goodbyes to our Rising Fours tree in Holly Hill. The children have loved watching it change through the seasons and seeing it today in the perfect summer weather has been a lovely goodbye. The children were naturally very concerned about the fencing around it and we chatted through that the tree has got poorly roots. Fareham council are doing all they can to treat and save this beautiful Copper Beach Tree which is very reassuring.
We hope our children remember our tree and keep its memory forever!
