“In the end, people do the things they said they never would”
Is that really a bad thing? Or a blessing in disguise? I’d argue it’s something to feel thankful for, even though we may not have the wisdom to do so at the moment. The more you live and become open to learning, the more you realise the wisdom in these things. And eventually, you’ll understand sometimes those are the exact things that needed to be done for the person who does it to grow/become more responsible, or for the growth of the person those things are done to. Imagine if the wrong things people did to you didn’t happen, then ask yourself if you would have travelled this much, watched all the nice sunsets, learned to depend more on yourself and become more confident in your abilities. Would you have truly achieved all that you have and will if the things you didn’t think the people you trusted did to/with you? Everything that happens to you happens for a reason. It’s either a lesson or a blessing. In most cases, we lack the vision to see them for what they are.
