Following the success of our Maths groups, we’re really excited to be launching weekly GCSE Science groups from September too!

These groups are designed to help students stay on top of content throughout Year 11, build confidence and avoid that last-minute panic when exams come around.

Results day is still to come, but hearing a student say they’ve gone from not believing in themselves to walking into their GCSE Maths exams with confidence is exactly why I love what I do.

Teaching maths has never just been about numbers. It’s about helping students realise they are capable, building confidence, reducing anxiety and showing them that they can achieve more than they think.

I’m so proud of every one of my Year 11 students this year. The hard work, resilience and determination they’ve shown has been incredible.

💜 Goodbye Year 11 💜

Well… that’s a wrap!

Some of you I’ve tutored for over 2 years and it’s honestly been such a privilege watching you grow.

We’ve had hundreds of lessons, worked through countless exam questions, celebrated the wins, picked ourselves back up after the disappointing mock results and somehow survived all the GCSE maths papers!

I’ve seen students go from “I hate maths” and “I’m just not good at it” to walking into exams with confidence and believing in themselves. That’s always been my favourite part.

Whether you’re leaving with the grade you wanted or not, I hope you’re proud of how far you’ve come. GCSEs are hard work and you’ve all shown so much resilience this year.

Now it’s time for the next adventure.

Some of you are off to sixth form, some to college, some onto completely different paths, but whatever comes next I genuinely wish you all the very best.

I’ve seen students go from “I can’t do maths” to tackling Higher papers with confidence. I’ve seen you push through mock results that knocked your confidence, persevere when topics felt impossible, and keep showing up week after week.

Now it’s time to focus on the final GCSE Maths exam – Paper 3.

We’re running our last GCSE Maths Masterclass on Sunday 7th June, designed to give students the best possible preparation before they walk into the exam hall.

One of the biggest advantages this year is that Papers 1 and 2 have already happened, meaning we can make our most accurate predictions yet about the topics most likely to appear on Paper 3. While nobody can guarantee what’s coming up, we’ll be using examiner insight, topic analysis and what’s already been tested to identify the strongest “best guess” topics and focus revision where it matters most.

We’ll also cover:

✔ Exam technique that gains marks
✔ Multi-step problem-solving strategies
✔ How to pick up method marks even when you’re unsure
