Childminder Assistant – Join Our Friendly Team!
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Childminder Assistant to join our friendly and welcoming childcare setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to complete a Childcare Apprenticeship or for someone who already holds relevant childcare qualifications and is looking to further their career.
About the role:
You will support the daily care, learning, and development of babies and young children in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. You will work closely with the childminder to provide high-quality childcare and engaging activities that encourage children to learn through play.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is enthusiastic, keen to learn, and willing to develop professionally.
Has good timekeeping and is reliable.
Has experience working with babies and young children (through work, volunteering, or placements).
Has an interest in child development and supporting children's learning.
Works well as part of a team while also being able to use their own initiative.
Is caring, patient, and passionate about providing high-quality childcare.
