Today we finally got into the gym to deliver week 6 of our Personal Training Level 3 diploma. With Covid safety measures in place we managed to have a fun abs engaging session with lots of learning and practicing of session planning abs delivery. Well done team you were all brilliant! Proud of you all 💪🏽👊🏽💥

Guys we will open zoom at 10.45am for a 11am start with the aim to finish by 2.30 / 3pm

I have some homework for you. I am going to upload a A4 document called the performance profile wheel. I want you to print it off and complete it for me this week and bring it with you Saturday.

I will explain what you do with it shortly and I will also send it over on email.

I see adverts like these all the time for "Online" Personal Training courses! And it quite honestly blows my mind!

I know that I certainly wouldn't of felt equipt to go out into the big wide world and train people if I had not learnt in a practical environment with real life people.

On our course you learn from Personal Trainers who are doing the job themselves. You can't correct someones form without knowing what you are looking for and you certainly can't gain the confidence you need to interact with potential new clients without being around people and practicing.

Our course is hands on. You can't learn this stuff online!
