β¨ What a night! β¨
Our Year 11 Prom was everything we hoped it would be and more!
From the incredible arrivals in style to the amazing outfits, the fantastic atmosphere, and a dance floor that stayed busy all evening, it was a truly memorable celebration. Despite the soaring temperatures, everyone embraced the occasion, had fun, and made the most of every moment together.
It was wonderful to transform the school into a venue worthy of celebrating our fabulous Year 11 leavers. Seeing so many smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments shared between pupils and staff made all the hard work worthwhile. It was an evening filled with memories that we hope our leavers will treasure for years to come.
We captured hundreds of photos throughout the evening and will be working our way through them next week. We canβt wait to share some of the highlights with you all!
Congratulations, Year 11 β weβre so proud of each and every one of you.

What a fantastic World Book Day we had at school last week! πβ¨
Everyone came to school in amazing fancy dress costumes, showing great imagination and creativity. It was wonderful to see so many favourite book characters brought to life around the school.
All of the children took part enthusiastically in the World Book Day challenges, and their excitement and love of reading really shone through.
It was a great day, and weβre already looking forward to next year and seeing what wonderful characters and ideas it will bring! ππ

Year 11 Camp at Tile Barn 4th-5th March 2026 π³βΊοΈπͺ΅π₯
Wednesday and Thursday last week, a group of Y11 pupils took some time away from class work and exam revision to visit Tile Barn Outdoor Centre in the New Forest.
It was a final opportunity to spend some time away with their peers before moving on to college and enjoy the beauty of the New Forest, helped by two of the warmest, sunniest days so far this year.
They began with some team challenges, one of which got a little competitive! After lunch, we headed down to the low ropes course β it was great to see plenty of teamwork, cooperation and support on show as well as some pupils undertaking challenges on the ropes that they initially thought they couldnβt do. They also did an orienteering challenge around the site and wrapped up Day 1 with an evening campfire. After a rather chilly night (and for some, only a few hoursβ sleep) and a lovely cooked breakfast it was out for a rather muddy walk in the forest that included some navigation challenges and a round of New Forest bingo.
It was a lovely two-day break and provided some great final memories for Y11!
Thank you Tile Barn Outdoor Centre for having us!
