The Y6 tennis teams at Totton and Eling for the New Forest heats. Both teams played fantastically well and finished in 1st and 4th place overall. Game, set, match!

Last week some of our children went along to the New Forest Show to take part in an educational day. They got to learn lots about the New Forest, designed special gardens and even saw some sheep dancing!

Massive day, and what a way to end it. Matilda was phenomenal! Back at the hostel now—tired, but absolutely elated. Memories made that will last forever, see you all tomorrow.

Day 2. Part 2. The Imperial War Museum was such an incredible experience. So many things to look at, touch, read, explore and try on to give our children a truly vivid understanding of what happened during WW2 and WW1. We then walked over to the River Thames for a river tour on a boat and then onto the London Eye for a magical experience. Next stop: Pizza Express and Matilda!

Last night and this morning. Overnight went well - could have done with a bit more sleep but always an exciting time on the first night. A lovely, big breakfast, back on the train and arrived at the Imperial War Museum for the first activity of the day. Everyone is in great form, the sun is shining and we are all so excited for the day ahead.

London 2026: Day 1
A brilliant first day. A very straightforward journey into London and arrived at the Science Museum bang on time. So many amazing exhibitions and interactive things to explore. Then we got on the tube and headed back to our accommodation. Some of the children have never been to London or been on the tube so it was a great to see how excited they have been. We then got to our accommodation, settled into our rooms, explored the grounds, dinner and a film.

A massive day of activities tomorrow - can’t wait!
