Its that time of the year again when Strictly come dancing appears on our screens and whilst I no longer watch the programme for various reason one in particular is that it has become a popularity contest and not about the skill involved it always reminds me of the days when I was a competitive dancer. Yes you heard me right. Argentine Tango was my favourite dance and yes got the T shirt, my 15 minutes of fame and even walked off with the Glitter Ball! Competitive dancing was fun but way too stressful.
