Today we’re celebrating not one, but TWO very special birthdays here at Woodberry Fawley! 🥳💕

A huge Happy Birthday to our wonderful Manager, Gemma, and our lovely Lunch Assistant, Lorna! 🎈🌸

🫧🌈 Look what we’ve been making in Preschool today! 🌈🫧

Our little Busy Bunnies had so much fun making their very own sensory bottles to add to our Self-Regulation Area! 🥰💗

We filled our bottles with lots of different materials, colours and textures, exploring what they looked and felt like. 👀🖐️✨ The children loved sharing their ideas and helping one another, showing some fantastic teamwork and kindness along the way!💕

And the best part… we now have 12 brand-new sensory bottles ready for the children to explore! 🎉

Our sensory bottles will be a lovely resource for the children to use when they need a quiet moment, helping them to focus, relax, explore and regulate their emotions. 🌿💛

What a lovely morning of learning, exploring and creating together! 🥰🌈✨

Lots of laughs, fun and old-school music bingo 🎵 with plenty of singing along!

🥥🌴 Happy World Coconut Day! 🌴🥥

We’ve had the most wonderful time celebrating World Coconut Day with our Preschool children today!🤎

Our Busy Bunnies enjoyed exploring coconuts in lots of fun and exciting ways!✨ During group time, we talked all about coconuts, where they come from and what they look and feel like. The children even had the chance to taste coconut milk, coconut yoghurt and a real coconut!🥥

The most exciting part was taking turns to use a hammer to carefully crack open our coconut and see what was hiding inside! 👀 The children were so fascinated watching it open!

We also had lots of fun dancing along to a coconut song🎵 , getting creative and making our very own coconut pictures using bingo dabbers 🎨 and, of course, we couldn’t miss the opportunity for a little coconut-themed photo shoot! 📸😂

What a lovely day full of exploring, tasting, creating, dancing and learning together! 🥰🥥💕

We think our Busy Bunnies have definitely had a coco-nutty good time!💛
