What an incredible night at O2 City Hall, Newcastle!

Our talented students took to the stage alongside professional artists and even two robots for the spectacular folk opera No More Sleeping.

We are incredibly proud of every student who played a part in bringing this unique production to life. A huge congratulations to our amazing Music Department for their creativity, dedication and hard work in making this unforgettable experience possible!

What an incredible achievement from our Year 10 Sports Leaders!

At last week’s South Tyneside Sport Leadership Graduation Event, our students smashed the record for the fastest Race Across Shields! 🥇

They were also awarded the South Tyneside Impact Award for their outstanding commitment, effort and contribution to last year’s Leadership Academy programme.

Between just six Sports Leaders, they completed an astonishing 1,000+ hours of sporting volunteering in schools and throughout the local community.

An unbelievable achievement from an exceptional group of students. We are incredibly proud of you all!

Today, we hosted our first “Showcase and Shine” event of the year! ✨

Students were invited to celebrate and showcase some of the incredible work they have completed in their 100% Homework booklets. It was fantastic to see so many students proudly sharing their hard work, effort and achievements.

A brilliant turnout and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the commitment and dedication of our students.

Well done, everyone — you should be incredibly proud! 👏🌟

CUTHBERT HOUSE TAKE THE LEAD! 💛

We’re just 4 weeks into the academic year, and Cuthbert House are already making an excellent start! 🎉

They’re currently sitting just under 1,000 points ahead of last year’s winners — what a fantastic achievement!

And remember, earning credits isn’t the only way to gain valuable house points… our House Competitions are coming very soon! 👀

Can Cuthbert House hold onto the lead? The competition is just getting started!

Well done, Cuthbert House! 💛

Be fully equipped! 🎒✍🏼📏

Make sure you’re packing all of your equipment and getting your bag ready for the week ahead!

We’ve already seen some great examples from students who have been bringing a school bag or backpack with them. This is a simple but effective way to stay organised and make sure you have everything you need, helping you arrive prepared and ready to learn.

A big well done to those students who are already getting into the habit of being prepared! ⭐
