This session will be split into two, 1 hour for those who would like some calming techniques, havening and another 2 hours for those wanting some more help with anxiety, motivation and help with upcoming exams

This is an introduction session to havening too which is around self-soothing and we are looking to get this set up with possibly some meditation again
