A couple of action shots of- Aalayah, Arnie, Millie & Daniel. Really proud of all four kids performances, they really did smash it✨
Arnie’s been with us since he was 5, and the change in him over the last 2 years has been unreal. It’s not just his skills — it’s his behaviour, his focus, his attitude and his respect.
Yeah, he’s still a bit crazy… but he’s 7, that’s part of it. The difference now is he’s channelling it the right way. He’s going into school more, sitting in class for longer, thriving in the gym, and now smashing it in football too.
Then yesterday in his demo bout, he showed a whole new level of maturity. Arnie loves a tornado kick, and just before the round I said, “go on, give it a try.” I didn’t expect him to actually listen, time it properly, and land it perfectly… but he did.
So proud of the young lad you’re becoming, Arnold 👊

4 fighters, 2 demos, 1 win, 1 loss… and 4 brilliant performances 👊
First up were Aalayah and Arnie. At just 7 years old, both stepped into the cage with real confidence. I’m so proud of how they handled themselves and showed their skills — the future’s bright for both of them.
Next was Millie against a very tough, skilled opponent. Both girls came out strong and fast, with her opponent putting on a lot of pressure. After the second round, Millie was a bit overwhelmed and couldn’t continue. Still, I’m really proud of her effort and heart.
Finally, Daniel — and what a debut. From the first bell he kept the pressure on, listening to everything me and Mickey were saying. His opponent was strong and kept coming forward, but Daniel landed the cleaner shots throughout. Amazing work.

Technical drills and sparring finished off with hill sprints for the kids tonight. We have 5 of our kids fighting next weekend on MACHINE MMA who all have tough opponents, but everyone’s really put the graft in🙌🏽

Lots of fights coming up, with even more already confirmed… it’s shaping up to be a seriously active year for our team 🙌🏽
One of our teens said this week that fighting is the best part of the sport — honestly, music to my ears.
I know some adults and parents can sometimes twist their face or judge when they hear children compete in combat sports. It can look aggressive or dangerous from the outside. But this sport is so much more than that.
It’s about courage.It’s about discipline.It’s about confidence.
It’s kids finding the heart to step out in front of hundreds of loud people, stand opposite another trained athlete, and perform everything they’ve worked on week in, week out. That moment doesn’t come from aggression — it comes from dedication, respect, and belief in themselves.
These young fighters train relentlessly for those few minutes in the ring, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them every time they step through those ropes.
Big year ahead… let’s go🤍
