North Lizard Riding School

North Lizard Riding School This year, 2026,is our 78th in business! We think this proves we must be doing something right!

We may not be the largest establishment but we hope this enables us to provide a more personal service. We can offer group or private lessons, hacks out (once an initial assessment lesson has been carried out). There's always something going on for children during school holidays. They can join us for our ever popular Pony Care Days or take part in small competitions where fun and learning are key, but the rosettes are always a bonus!

Today we’ve said goodbye to Alfie 💔

To say everyone from team NLRS are heartbroken is an understatement and we know how heartbroken old and new customers will be hearing this news😥.

Alf has been a cheeky handsome chap and we’ve been so lucky to share so many amazing years with Alfie 🧡

Alfie has been a true asset for many many years , Hannah Livi and Eve all grew up learning to ride on Alfie 10 years ago and have spent their early adulthood years looking after him , Chloe, Tracy, Dionne, Shirley, Janet, Taylor, all past instructors and yard workers who have spent time with us always ended up with a soft spot for this truly special boy and Eric and Joanne who have spent many years watching him become a huge part to their riding school family.❤️

We will rember Alfie as he always was, cheeky with a huge smile.🌈

Please share below your favourite memories with Alfie 🥰
