Can your little ones spot him hiding among the stalls? Find our mischievous elf and win a FREE ice cream! Just report to our ice cream parlour located by the entrance and let them know where you saw him hiding 🤍 Available to all children attending🍦 Come join the fun, feel the festive magic, and let the hunt begin! ✨

And that’s not all… Santa himself will be in his enchanting grotto, ready to meet all the children for just £3 per child, including a special gift! 🎁 Little ones can also write a letter to Santa and post it in our magic post box 📮✨

Come for the fun, stay for the magic, and make memories that sparkle! ✨

Last week the children were invited into the library to create their own flags for VE Day. They had lots of fun learning about VE Day before joining members of the community in the Library. We listened to the choir sing some old songs before going on to have our own party tea celebration.

LET'S MAKE A ROCKET! 3,2,1... blast off! 🌑🌌🚀

Yesterday, our children were learning all about our solar system!

We had a space theme sensory tray for the children to explore, before moving on to extending their learning through junk modelling and engaging in relevant texts.

The children enjoyed:
🌑 exploring moon dough
🚀 building and decorating their very own rocket
📖 engaging in texts to learn the names of our planets
🌌 creating their own planets, to make their own solar system!

The children have worked really hard and shown high levels of enthusiasm for learning as always!

The Little Haven Hotel has recently been on the news promoting their fantastic offer. This is ideal for any of our families who are looking for a warm space to visit with beautiful views during these cold winter days.

🎅🎄❄️🚆 POLAR EXPRESS DAY 🚆❄️🎄🎅

Our final day of festive fun with our little ones before breaking up for Christmas and what a lovely day it has been!

The children have enjoyed coming in to nursery wearing their Christmas pj's for a day of Polar Express fun...

🚆 They have used our nursery chairs to create our own Polar Express train.
🎫 Had their own Polar Express tickets to be checked by our very own conductor on the train!
☕🍪Enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies with their friends
🎶 Listened to some Polar Express songs to sing along to on their train ride.

The children have had a lovely last day of term!

CHRISTMAS PARTY DAY 🎄✨🎅🥳🎉

What a festive fun filled day our little ones have had for their Christmas party day here at the Bungalow Preschool!

There has been plenty posing in our festive photo booth, lots of party games with our friends, a party tea and we even had a special visit... from SANTA HIMSELF!🎅 The children were over the moon that Santa could spare some time during the Christmas rush to come and visit us at our party. He even brought the children a special Christmas gift to take home too, how kind 🎁

Another busy but wonderful day with our little ones, one more day of festive fun pending before the Christmas break! 🎅

The children have enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner day with their friends today...

Lots of turkey, veggies and cake consumed followed by many crackers pulled ✨before showing off their festive props and party hats 👑

CHRISTMAS SING A LONG WITH THE 'DAM JAMMERS' 🎤🎶🎄

On Monday morning our lovely children enjoyed a Christmas sing a long in the library after being kindly invited along to join in their festive fun 🎅✨

The children enjoyed singing some Christmas songs and making plenty of noise with their musical instruments too 🎶

ELF WORKSHOP DAY @ THE BUNGALOW PRESCHOOL 🎄✨🎁

Our elves have had a busy day at work, using their fine motor skills to cut, create and wrap all their festive bits and bobs... ✂️✏️

The children have been...
✂️ using their cutting skills to make their own elf ears
✏️ using their fantastic writing skills to create Christmas cards for the elderly in a local care home, spreading a little joy everywhere they go! ✨
🎁 building upon their fine motor skills, wrapping up boxes in our elf workshop, before adding special bows and tags too!

NOT FORGETTING OUR SPECIAL VISITOR... THE CHEEKY ELF HIMSELF! 🙊

The children loved seeing the cheeky elf at nursery, giving lots of high 5's and singing special Christmas songs for him to enjoy before heading off to the North Pole to help Santa with the Christmas rush!

A little wind down for our staff team last night... ☕🫖🍰

Our team enjoyed a festive afternoon tea at The Little Haven Hotel as a little treat to say thank you for all their hard work this term!

Fabulous food with amazing views to unwind before we approach our super busy Christmas week filled with festive activities and celebrations 🎄🎅
