Helpful tips for performers feeling the dreaded BURNOUT🔥

Burnout often comes more from how we feel and think, rather than just how much physical work you are putting in.

Take this as your permission (not that you need it😉) to stop today and really check in with yourself. You’ll never be able to perform your best if you are not taking care of your mind, too🌟✨

Take care of you 👊🏼🩷
