Since recently moving from our Preschool Room to our Baby Room, Michelle has made ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ progress, embracing the transition with ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐บ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ. She has shown ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐, demonstrating her ability to support and meet the needs of children of all ages across the nursery. Our employee of the month is Natasha.
Natasha started with us in November 2025. She has quickly become an ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ of our Cubs Room. Natasha's strength lies in her attention to detail. She is ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐ at documenting the children's learning and development. Natasha can always be relied upon to complete every day to day task to a ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ. Natasha always shows her ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด side, always asking after everyone, including her colleagues. Well done Natasha, we are ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฑ of your dedication. Keep up the good work!

Both girls have only recently joined the Blaydon family, but they have settled into the team ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น and have already become such a ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ addition to our setting. They have made a ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ to get to know the children and families, building ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ relationships and becoming familiar with the day-to-day routines. Erin and Scarlett have both shown a ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ willingness to learn, always listening, asking questions and taking on board advice and guidance from the team.
