🐾 Holiday Paw-dates from Eddie & Daisy! 🐾
We hope all of our Beacon Centre families have had a pawsome first week of the summer holidays! We hope you're all having lots of fun, making memories and, most importantly, staying safe. ☀️💙
Whilst school might be closed, Eddie has certainly been keeping himself busy! He headed off to Scotland for a little holiday with his grandparents and even entered a dog show. We're delighted to say he came home with an impressive 3rd place! 🥉🐶
Now, we're all incredibly proud of Eddie... but let's be honest, if there had been a competition for fetching tennis balls or collecting treats, he'd definitely have taken 1st place! 🎾😂

Eddie and Daisy are already missing all of our amazing students and staff, but don't worry – they'll be keeping us updated with their holiday adventures over the summer. 🐾

Dear parents and carers,
We are writing to inform you that we have been notified by the Local Authority that from 1st September 2026, the cost of a school lunch will be increasing to £3.00 per day. The cost of school lunches is still heavily subsided to keep charges as low as possible for families.
📝 Key Information:
New Price: £3.00 per day (£15.00 per week)
Effective From: 1st September 2026
🤝 Free School Meals
If your financial circumstances have changed, your child may be eligible for Free School Meals. We strongly encourage you to check your eligibility.
To find out if you qualify or to apply, please contact our main school office in strict confidence.

Guess who just picked up a paddle? Bonsai has officially started learning table tennis! 🥳
We might need a custom mini-paddle (and maybe a little work on the backhand), but the determination is 100% there. Watch out, Olympics 2028, we’re coming for you! 🏆💥
